Very clean. They have the basement nicely done with the 2nd bedroom and additional living/family room. Kitchen is 13'3x10'11. Living room is 13'11x11'8. Bedroom is 12'x10'. In the basement, family room is 14'11x11'. Laundry is 9'x6'8. Bedroom is 11'x17'10. Both sides are about the same size and each have use of their half of the finished basements with full-sized laundries.
