Thank you for your interest in our great apartment in a historic two family. You need to have a quiet and respectful lifestyle. All equipped; laundry on site. To qualify: We do not want to waste your time (or ours). We are looking for a renter with top credit, and employment/rental histories. A person needs to be grossing in the vicinity of of $40,000. a year to qualify. Acceptable variations are due to outstanding car payments /student loans, etc.. If the apartment is for more than one person, they each need to qualify on their own. The first thing that we will ask you for (if you are interested in the apartment) is a recent credit report. Again, we do not enjoy turning people away or hurting people's feelings so if you do not have A1 credit/employment/rental histories, this is not the apartment for you. The house is currently on the market for sale. We screen perspective buyers highly and have only been averaging like one showing a month. You would need to be amenable, however, to allow your apt to be shown (with at least a 24 hour advance notice) and to have it clean and nice. Great walking and biking area. The cottage is just steps from The Gazebo Park and the Wyoming Shoppes (bakery; Gabbie's, The Fine Arts Cente etc.). A short walk away is the Half Day Cafe' the neighborhood coffee house for breakfast, and the Wyoming library,Summer finds neighbors chatting at the Farmers Market. We can offer a three month lease and potential buyers have expressed interest in having a good renter in this apartment so it could very well be available longterm. Pets: They need to be fixed and house trained. Cats need to be indoor only. For dogs, you need to carry renters insurance that names the dog by breed. Companies have been getting stricter and stricter with what breeds that they will cover, so please check with your insurance company that you will be able to get coverage on your fur child before requesting an appointment.
