My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill an available room in our four-bedroom apartment on Indian Street. We're in a shared building at the corner of Indian and Myrtle - about a stone's throw from Western's campus, right next to Laurel Park, and a five minute walk from downtown Bellingham. We have two bedrooms unoccupied, though one currently serves as a temporary living room - so you can have your pick of the two. You would be sharing the house with my roommate and myself. We're both in our early twenties, responsible, and friendly. We'd prefer to live with someone who's close to our age, though we have no preference when it comes to gender. We're both tolerant, LGBT friendly, easy-going folks. I'm not home too often and we both kind of do our own thing, though we're not opposed to kicking back with a beer and hanging out every once in a while - though we are not the party-type. The house includes plenty of storage space, one full bathroom, a kitchen, washer and dryer on site (not coin operated!), and parking space. Pets are allowed with written permission by landlord. Our rent is $500 due the first of every month. All utilities except Internet are included. Internet is $20 a person per month. The lease goes until October, with the option of re-signing. My roommate and I are looking for someone who's responsible, has stable income, and is fairly clean.
