Owners will pay all utilities including Wi-Fi, but electric bill will have a maximum cap of $135 per month anything going over that amount tenant will be responsible for paying. No smoking indoors only in patio area. No parties allowed. No pets allowed. Maximum 4 total guests for monthly stay. You will have your own 2 parking spots on premise free of cost. We have a minimum requirement of 1 month stay but will take leases for longer periods as well anything above a month is welcomed too.
