The apartment is very cozy and comfortable and has a great vibe. It has stone walls, barnwood walls and barnwood doors.It has numerous windows on the south side so lots of light for light lovers or curtains can be closed for those who like it dark. There is a full kitchen with full size appliances. There is a separate bedroom like area but technically we can't call it a bedroom (ceiling is not min requirement). There is a great backyard with a monster size patio equipped with an outdoor eating table and a firepit (note patio is also shared with upper apartment but they have rarely used it) The negatives: there is not much closet space and you do have an apartment above so you will hear sounds but tenants above are quiet and I have had no complaints.
