One block away from Redondo Beach Boardwalk, a boat dock where you can watch boats coast the Puget Sound. Or, rent your own Kayak, paddle board for a nice time on the water. Dine at the famous seafood Salty's Restaurant or take out. Come and kick off your shoes and watch the beautiful sunset of the Sound. Public transportation is a mile up the hill. Close to airport, Seattle and a short drive to Tacoma to the south. Small pet(s) are accepted with a deposit of 200.00 additional and 50 bucks extra a month. Please ask me for more details regarding pet. References and income must be verified at time of application. Home away from home! Come and enjoy the Puget Sound! Lease agreement: first and last month rent; 500 deposit, cleaning fee is included in deposit. Utilities are included in the rent; Water, sewer, garbage, electric is included in the rent. Anything excessive will be an additional charge. Home is fully furnished. Small dogs/small cat is welcome and is additional 50 month charge to rent and 200.00 additional deposit.
