Looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease in Pflugerville, Tx. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with a 2 car garage. Rent is $1575 a month. The home is huge. We have lived here a year however we signed a 2 year lease which ends 02/28/2021 Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we need to look for new tenants. This is a sweet deal because we paid a $1800 deposit and that is all yours for the taking at the end of the lease. We are willing to forfeit our deposit to make this happen so you will get whatever deposit is owed at the end of the lease.
