The room is private, spacious, well-maintained, and fully furnished. It already includes a bed, mattress, nightstand, and all essential furniture. Because the room and the house are fully furnished, we cannot store additional items. If you have your own bed, furniture, or large belongings, you would need to keep them in a separate storage unit, as there is no space in the home to store personal furniture. You'll share the common areas such as the kitchen and living room. The bathroom is shared with the front bedroom, but that room is usually unoccupied only used occasionally by friends or family when they are in town. The home is shared with a clean and respectful couple. Important Requirements & Preferences: Privacy and respect are extremely important. Everyone in the home values a calm and peaceful environment. Preferred tenant: a working male, ideally someone who does not work from home. Visitors are allowed, but only the renter can live in the room no additional live-in guests.
