Grocery is close by on 91st, skyway and 90/94 3 minutes to on ramp, lake shore drive 3 minutes east. Walmart is just over Indian border 7 minute drive. Two Metra train South shore line stops are walkable , six bus routes within 1/4 mile and many stores nearby. Full credit , identity check landlord referral back 2-3 years required with solid consistent and verifiable rental history . If you're not qualified we will not accept a tenancy. We require full app process. Without a voucher Income must be 4 times ($6000 a month) the rent and verified 2 ways (bank statement and direct with employer).
