Room for rent in a quiet neighborhood near Consumnes River College, public transit, parks and local businesses. I have the ability to provide basic furnishings, (e.g. Full size bed, small dresser, television and nightstand), or you can provide your own furnishings. Common areas are fully furnished. We are able to offer a small amount of storage space in the garage and outdoor shed if you need a little extra space for a few boxes or pieces of furniture that you'd like to hang on to. Utilities are included in the rent. This includes reasonable use of standard utilities on top of wifi access, gardening services and pest control. If you intend to charge an EV on-site there will be an additional $75/mo fee.
