Charcoal grill available (bring/buy charcoal). Plenty of room under the house for the kids to ride bikes, play cornhole, etc. Guest access - Of the 4 bedroom closets, only 2 are locked owner closets. There is a baby pack n play available in one of the closets, as well as a child high-chair. Comforters and pillows are on all beds.
