Looking for a someone, or small family, to care for my home and love it as I do. Home has loads of storage, large living/dinning area, large kitchen, seperate laudry room, alarm system, sprinkler system, new heating and air, newer appliances, is clean and has NO carpet. Wood flooring throughout, with tile in kitchen and master bath. Lots of trees shade the home and helps keep low electric bills and a cool house. Will CONSIDER smaller dog or a cat- we can discuss. "Master Bath" is a jack and jill bathroom, so officially no master, but is connected. Majority of the windows have plantation shutters adding to more efficiency and charm! Credit and Backround checks will be done. The application fee of $50 per applicant, will be applied to the first month's rent if accepted. Would consider 6 month rental.
