Our apartments at 904 N 6th Ave E in Newton, IA consist of 11 recently remodeled ground floor units. We strive to provide a quiet and safe home for our tenants. Water, garbage, and heat are all paid by the owner. Off street parking is available for all tenants. Cats are acceptable with a monthly per fee, we ask for no dogs as a courtesy to other tenants. Currently we have 2- 1 bedroom apartments available for rent. By the middle of September we will have a 2 bedroom apartment available also.
