First off, this place is QUIET. By far the most quiet place I've lived in Chicago. It's a top floor unit on a quiet corner with considerate neighbors. This is the best place I've lived in Chicago and I'm sad to be leaving, but I'm moving to another state. My loss is your gain! The location is perfect: a few blocks from the Chicago, Western, and California bus-lines, close to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and venues (Star Lounge, Bite Cafe, Lockdown, Sportsman's Club, Empty Bottle, California Clipper, Rootstock, etc). The neighborhood is safe and there is free (and easy) street parking. The unit itself is fully-loaded: AC/Forced heat, hardwood throughout, dishwasher, brand new kitchen (marble countertops, nice gas burners and oven, microwave, lots of new cabinets, nice sink/washing area), a small deck, a newly redone bathroom, huge bedroom closet, huge windows throughout (lots of light!), high load washer/dryer in the basement, and loads of basement storage. Rent is $1,300.00 and there is a $35.00 application fee along with a $1,300.00 security deposit. Email or text if interested! Lease goes through August. There are options to either sublease or sign a new, 1-year lease.
