The apartment is a small 1 bedroom/1 bath, approx. 500 sqft. in a quadplex. The neighbors are great, and I really enjoyed living with them. 1 pet is allowed (no pet rent or fees). The building is conveniently located next to Euclid Ave. Joella's is right across the street, and Bella Cafe is next door. The area is very walkable with Woodland Park a 10 minute walk away and Henry Clay Estate a 15 minute walk. Laundry is not included in the building. However, Chevy Chase Laundromat is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away. The laundromat is very clean, and the staff has always been reliable. The apartment is great for a student or young professional. I don't recommend living with another person; it would be tight with more than one person. Overall, I had a positive experience in this apartment! 12-month lease with the option to rent month-to-month at the end of the 12 months.
