Hop in the car and you are at the beach in less than 15 minutes. Beautiful OBX landmarks are all within an hours drive. This home is not available past March 31st. Rental amount includes all utilities, lawn care and bi-weekly cleaning. One month availability is an option. Owner pays for utilities, lawn care and bi-weekly cleaning. No pets allowed. No smoking inside of the house. There is a nice covered deck on the back of the house that is smoker friendly. No more than 6 people allowed on the lease. 3 cars max. Bi-weekly cleans are included and REQUIRED. Cleaning is done by professional caretakers and this ensures the home is well maintained. Utilities are provided up to reasonable set amounts. Any overages are to be paid by the renters. There is NO availability beyond March 31st. If you do not have other arrangements for that time, please do not rent. This is a short term rental only.
