    Home is located in one of the top 55 + gated communities in the country in "On Top of The World" Ocala FL. This expanded Philadelphian unit was remodeled in 2015 to include new laminate wood flooring, new custom kitchen cabinets with easy close drawers, new ceiling fans and light fixtures, raised panel closet doors, new water heater and new paint. In 2019 the home owners painted the front exterior of the home and put in all new landscaping. Both bathrooms are updated with new toilets, vanities, and porcelain tile, the master bath was totally redone with new tile shower stall. The eat in kitchen has a solar tube for added lighting. The master bedroom with walk in closet easily accommodates a king size bedroom suite. The sunroom opens to a 27' x 12' patio. They are both fronted by a very nice green space. The garage (with screen doors) has space (1.5) for your car and golf cart. There are plenty of wall cabinets for storage. The attic access provides additional storage. It is served by a thermostatically controlled exhaust fan and lights. In 2018 additional electrical outlets and lighting were added to the garage. There is an easy access door to the HVAC unit as well as a utility sink. A longer than average driveway provides even more parking.
