There is easy access to the Burke Gilman bike path, as well as a brewery and gym 5 min away at Magnusson park. There is a wood-burning stove for cozy fires in the winter, as well an outdoor mobile fire pit for gatherings in the summer time. There's a hidden projector screen stored behind a beam in the dining area that pulls down to be a 120 inch television. It's like a little cabin cinema.
