Plainview Senior Housing provides a quality living environment to seniors in the Plainview, MN area. Plainview Senior Housing is an income-based senior housing apartment building for persons 62 years of age or better and for persons who are disabled and mobility impaired. We have 40 apartment units in a three-story building located just a few blocks from Plainview's downtown area.There are no steps or ramps making building access easy and we have an elevator in the building for the convenience of our residents. Off-street parking is also provided. Common areas of the building include a community room with kitchen as well as an 'backyard' outdoor patio area . The building also includes an on-site laundry facility and additional storage areas for residents. Our friendly and helpful on-site staff includes the building manager as well as maintenance staff. For the benefit of our residents, we coordinate several complimentary on-site activities through 'community partners' including weekly on-site visits by a beautician, community bank visits to assist residents with banking issues, and local nurse visits for blood-pressure and other basic health checks.We're a great place to live - check us out!
