We have one bedroom in our 4 bedroom house for rent. All utility bill are included in $900 rent. We are looking for one roommate. The bedroom has a closet and a large sunny window. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is shared with one other roommate in the house, and a 1/2 bath is located downstairs. The rent is $900 and includes garbage, electricity, free laundry, high speed internet and water and parking permit. We ask for a security deposit of $900, and first month's rent to move in ($1800). We ask for a month's notice to vacate the room. Sorry no pets or smoking. Available January 1st 2025 or a few days before. Room comes unfurnished although we provide floor lamps and a in room fridge for you to use. There is also two shared full size fridges in the kitchen. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and dining room and back yard. If you have never lived on treasure island it is a wonderful serene place to live. There is 24 hour muni service that drops you off at the sales force bus terminal in SF and the bus stop is very close to our house. If our have the car there is NO STREET CLEANING or TICKETING.
