This home was completely remodeled in 2010. Everything was replaced from the ceiling to the floor. The floor is vinyl looks like wood. The larger bathroom has a jetted tub. Also there is "dressing" table. Additional there is a walk-thru closet to the master bedroom. There is built in storage in the closet and bedroom. The kitchen has all the upgrades which includes stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar. The cabinets were custom made which cost more than $2,000. I have a pull out drawer for the trash can. The washer/dryer are housed in a seperate room off the dining room. There is a door that leads outside from the laundry room. The living room is twice as big as most in this area. There are matching ceiling fans through out except in the kitchen. The roof was replaced in 2015. In the back yard there is a privacy fence that was placed in 2007. Also there is an extremely well built storage shed that I bought from the Minunites in 2012. Lastly there is a guest house or a third bedroom. It was also built by the Minunites in 2013. I currently have a twin/ trundle. However it could easily hold a queen. I also have a dinnete, a chair and a tv/ DVD player. Of course there is electricity, air, space heater & even a ceiling fan. It is only a few steps from the back door. The foundation was replaced in 2019. There is a brand new A/C unit that was put in 2018. I am NOT planning on moving at all. I have lived here 20 years. Even though I am 64. I hope to live here at least another 20 years.
