We live in a beautiful home on Lancaster Street, less than two blocks from Duke East Campus, walkable to 9th street, and also close to downtown Durham. The house has 6 bedrooms and the whole house is ~2300 ft. We like spending time in the common spaces, having friends over, and do occasional hangouts together as a house. At the same time, we value respect for each other's space and privacy. We are looking for other young professionals to live with ideally, no couples, kids, etc. The house: Upstairs: 4 bedrooms + shared bathroom Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room Outside: big front porch, backyard with fire pit Other: street parking, HVAC, wood floors, washer/ dryer, basement storage space Must be animal friendly we have a few that live with us (2 cats) but not looking to add more, thank you!
