Over the years, gardens have been added, small fruit trees planted to add vitality to the property. Rose bushes and perennial flowers and plants have been added as well. When you first walk into the home you notice the bookshelves and a fireplace. The living room is bright when the sun is out so this is a great room for plant-life. After closing the door, you may enter an arched door into the dining room (directly to your right). Once there, to the left is the kitchen and then on the right is the back door leading to the laundry/mud room and then into the enclosed back door. Large storage shed 12'x24' in backyard, Fruit trees and garden. • 2021 September-- a double driveway was installed, along with a sidewalk. • 2022 of March a new kitchen floor was rebuilt from the floor joists up with a new floor installed from Johnson Carpet One.
