Additional parking for 5 cars on site. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage removal once/week, WiFi and ADT security, bi-monthly lawn care, sprinklers on a timer). Beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels all included. Bring your luggage and enjoy all Amelia Island has to offer. House is currently available 5/1/27-10/31/27 for monthly or multiple month rentals. $300 cleaning fee at the end of the rental is the only add on. Minimum 30 day lease. No smoking allowed indoors. Owner pays all utilities within the normal occupancy range, tenant will be responsible for any significant overages (copies of bills will be provided). Lawn care is provided. Handyman provided by owner if required. Tenants responsible for normal household good practice management.
