As you step inside the villa, retro and relaxed decor, abundant natural light, and an open space living area welcome guests. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take them outside to savor the fresh sea breeze on the private balcony. The living area features cozy seating and is perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether you're watching a movie or sharing stories from your day. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep, with ample storage and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser, closet, private balcony, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom with elevated ceiling, dresser, chair, closet, and TV offers two twin beds. There is access to the full bath with shower tub combo via the bedroom or the hallway by the kitchen. Upstairs, the loft area has two twin beds and a private balcony that overlooks the Sealoft villas and acclaimed Ocean Winds golf course. Your stay also includes use of 4 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, a crab trap, a boogie board, and some sand toys. A bike pump is there too, guests responsible for pumping tires with air should they need it. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Optional Seabrook Island Club access with purchase of club Amenity Card. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf.
