There is off street parking available for each tenant. There is a shared laundry room in the building. We are not approved for section 8 at this time. Each tenant must first view the apartment before applications will be accepted. Full background checks and income verification must be completed prior to a lease being issued. Pets maybe accepted, with the owner's approval. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. The owner pays for the grass and snow maintenance. Pets may be allowed with owner's discretion.
