The only real beach neighborhood at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Lots of families and great neighbors we all look out for everyone. OUr family will be moving with in the neighborhood as I don;t want to raise my children anywhere else. The beach (Atlantic Ocean) is nine blocks away, with Ruddee Inlet and Marina just around the corner. Great restaurants are within biking and walking distance. And we get to enjoy the action of the boardwalk events withour the hassle of parking. It is an oasis.
