This house was originally built in the 1920s and has a wonderful old-world feeling. With high ceilings and a fenced backyard, it has plenty of open space right in the heart of Spearfish. Many local restaurants are right within walking distance as well as the university. If you have a question about pets, we accept them on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know and we can see if your pet will work, but we do require a $200 non-refundable animal fee if your pet is accepted. The two smaller bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom. The basement is finished and has a separate room for the half bath and the laundry room. The yard has space for gardening in the summer and a young pear tree we have been growing in the front yard. It also has a two-car garage. The back deck has a clear and beautiful view out to Lookout Mountain during sunsets. One year is required.
