This home is rented fully furnished, which includes, but is not limited to, bed linens, towels, cookware, and in-unit washer and dryer. Monthly rent for this home is $1500 per month, which includes water, electricity, lawn care, professional cleaning (for contracts of 3 months or longer), weekly trash and recycling pick-up, and internet service. Those wishing to utilize streaming services or cable for the TV will need to set-up and use their personal accounts. Monthly rent is to be paid via credit card, electronically, via certified check or money order, or ACH. Please note that the entire home, including the front yard, is smoke free. Thirty day (30) - one (1) year leases are available. Note that there is a 30 day minimum stay. One year leases will auto-renew on a three month basis at the termination of the initial lease agreement, unless otherwise stated and agreed to in writing by both parties at least 30 days prior to the end of the the lease term. Corporate leases are available upon request. Prior to occupancy, a $1500 deposit is required. The deposit will not be counted toward the rent payment and can be refunded upon the conclusion of the lease minus any fees that are deducted for damage, accidentals, breach of lease, etc. Small-medium sized dogs (up to 40 pounds) are allowed. Please send special inquiries for Pit Bulls. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. There is a non-refundable one-time $600 fee per dog due prior to occupying the residency. There is a $150 monthly pet fee per dog in addition to the monthly rental fee due each month at the time of rental payment. All dogs living on the property must have proof of an up to date rabies vaccination and proof of tick and flea prevention methods (to be provided prior to occupancy and annually thereafter for leases extending beyond 1 year).
