Seasonal Rental: Available November 1st - April 30th Our two-bedroom, one-bath home is a perfect place to rent for the fall. Located on a private 8-acre lot with an abundance of outdoors to enjoy, you will have plenty of opportunities to experience Northern Michigan! Walking into our home you will come into our entryway with a full skylight providing amazing natural light. On either side of our entryway seating area are two bedrooms, each offering a queen bed. Through into the living room, you will pass our full bathroom with laundry. Our living room will offer ample seating, a smart TV, and a cocktail bar. Off the back of the living room is our dining room. Through into the kitchen, we have additional seating and a fully stocked kitchen! Back outside you will have the options of gathering around a new fire table, making use of our propane grill, enjoying the covered patio with built-in stone seating & outdoor dining table, or exploring our 8-acre lot by walking, snowshoeing, xc skiing, or biking! No smoking. Please note dogs will be considered (and require paperwork) + a refundable pet deposit. Available November 1st - April 30th This unit is available for a 6-month seasonal rental from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. We're happy to sign a lease for the full period, and we're also open to shorter stays of one month or anything in between. Reach out with the dates you have in mind and we'll work with you to find an arrangement that fits. $1,950/month, all utilities included. Tenant pays a one-time cleaning fee of $500. Renters insurance is required. Dogs will be considered with required paperwork and a refundable pet deposit. No smoking.
