The landscaper comes every other Wednesday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas. Quiet time in the neighborhood is between 10 PM and 6 AM. A lost key or lockout fee is $50. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house. Pets are subject to excess cleaning and damage fees if needed. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you check-out late without approval, a late check-out fee of $40 per hour may be charged.
