It has two stories and a patio. We already have a grill that can stay in the house. It is a very nice and quiet place. The complex has a golf and sports area and a nice pool only 2-3 minutes walking from the house. It has 2 covered parking places in front of the house and more parking space for guests. If you are looking for a place ready to move in with a very reasonable and competitive price, this is the perfect choice. Owner pays for water, sewer, yearly taxes, HOA fees. Tenants only pay for electricity.
