The duration of this Lease agreement is an annual agreement. Tenants are responsible for all Utilities on this property indefinitely until the Lease agreement is terminated and/or when the tenants vacate the property. These Utilities are solely based on the tenants usage. Rental rate on this property is not including the monthly HOA fee, utilities and any other additional home services, tenants will be responsible for. This Rental is a Non-smoking interior residence, all smoking on the premises must be outside the premises at all times (Garage is included as an interior portion of the property). Lastly, please respect the neighbors and maintain cleanliness to the property. Failure to follow these terms are subjected to forfeit security deposit and tenants may be liable for additional charges.
