Mandatory credit and background check, no previous evictions, good references. Require 3 times the monthly rent in income. Credit Score of 550 or higher is required. If credit is between 550 & less than 650, will require a higher deposit and co-signer. Co-signer must have a credit score of 700+. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. (There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150 and a pet fee of an extra $25/month). Each applicant 18 years of age or older must complete a separate rental application. Our application processing fee is $47 per application. This fee must be paid online. This fee is non-refundable. If there is more than one applicant, your application scores will be blended to arrive at a decision. Please provide us with copies of your one month worth of paycheck stubs. Other income such as retirement, SIIS, child support, etc. must have reliable documentation if you wish us to consider it. We require an income of at least 3 times the monthly rent plus utilities.
