If credit is between 550 & less than 650, will require a higher deposit and co-signer. Co-signer must have a credit score of 700+. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. (There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150 and a pet fee of an extra $25/month). Each applicant 18 years of age or older must complete a separate rental application. Our application processing fee is $47 per application. This fee must be paid online. This fee is non-refundable. If there is more than one applicant, your application scores will be blended to arrive at a decision. Please provide us with copies of your one month worth of paycheck stubs.
