Not a hotel and we're not owned by a hedge fund/Giant investors. We Approximately one mile from the beach, but located close to stores. The home has an open concept feel; includes a large living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 twin beds and 2 baths one with a tub. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and includes cooking utensils and a bars style counter top. There is a doorbell camera for your security. We are dog friendly with an additional non refundable pet rent per dog, small breads, no puppies and breed restrictions. The base rate is for 2 person, there is a $200 per month one for additional tenant, with a of 3 adults. To qualify must have 3x income and no evictions. A $200 move in fee and the $45 application fee. We do month to month rentals for travel professionals, Medical Travelers and Relocations. We don't do showings or tours.
