Not a hotel and we're not owned by a hedge fund/Giant investors. We Approximately one mile from the beach, but located close to stores. The home has an open concept feel; includes a large living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 twin beds and 2 baths one with a tub. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and includes cooking utensils and a bars style counter top. There is a doorbell camera for your security. We are dog friendly with an additional non refundable pet rent per dog, small breads, no puppies and breed restrictions. The base rate is for person, there is a $200 per month one for additional tenant, with a of 3 adults. We do month to month rentals for travel professionals, Medical Travelers and Relocations. We don't do showings or tours.
