Lower level of a 1400 square foot condo for rent - 2 levels - I only live on the main level. The Downstairs is 700 square foot and the rooms are large and have been rented before for several years and the tenants were comfortable. Park at the front door of Condo and you would gain entrance through the main level and walk downstairs. Ceiling fans in both rooms. One room has a full length closet and I have to use 1/4 of the space where I store totes, extra dining room chairs, and hat boxes. Our Condo is quiet, has a pool and club house, and located in the middle of Dalton. It is across from Dalton High School, less than a mile from the Police Station and Hamilton Medical Center. You would have Utilities, Cable, Netflix, Wireless Wi Fi provided. You would be allowed to use my washer and dryer. Condo Temperature would be set at 72 and tenant cannot adjust. Prior tenants did not use the kitchen because they would choose to provide a small refrigerator and microwave in their living space. This is a perfect living space for a business man or woman who travels a lot and needs a secure / safe home front while they are away. My longest tenant worked an 8 am to 6 pm work schedule and was very comfortable. The rent factor is attractive to allow the tenant to think of future home purchases or other financial securities. No smoking, drugs or wild parties. I am a retired 67 year old Female and very trustworthy and respectful of others. I would ask to check the condition of your rooms when I change air filters downstairs once a month. Clean and tidy would be expected. Rent would be $600.00 per month. Deposit of $600.00. 1st and last months rent due at signing. References and back ground check will be required. No Pets.
