PRICE DROP ???? $57,000 Unfortunately our most recent renters caused excessive and unnecessary damage to the home. I want the possible buyer to be fully aware of what they are getting. I will attach all pictures including the damage. We expect the cost to repair to be around $2,000 - $3,000 We would much rather get it out of our hands rather then fix it just to sale. Open to reasonable offers due to never wanting to deal with something like this again. Home has to be moved off of current property. May stay for the time being for a $200 lot rent monthly.
