Tenant is responsible notifying the landlord of any damage or household issues within 24 hours of occurring. Landlord will provide 24 hour written notice (email or text) of entry into the property. Landlord will require entry into the home every 90 days to change HVAC filters. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS. Copy of HOA Rules shall be provided. Early Lease termination will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Military tenant shall provide military orders for PCS or military housing verification for early lease termination. All appliances included in the home, Stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, HVAC, Solar Panels, water softener, water heater, and artificial turf, may not be removed or tampered with.
