Credit checks and background checks are run through Intellirent. You will be sent a link to apply and have 48 hours to complete the application. There is a $40 fee that is paid directly online to Intellirent once you create your profile. Application to Rent must be completed by any person 18 years or older. Your accumulated gross income must equal 3 times the amount of rent. Current driver's license or state issued identification card for all applicants. Social Security card or Tax Identification Number for all applicants. There is a $300 advance deposit fee to hold your apartment. (cashier's check or money order) This will need to be paid prior to receiving a link to complete your application through Intellirent. $100,000 Renter insurance policy required upon move-in We require our residents to have a positive rental history and at least one year of stable employment. If you have filed bankruptcy it needs to be "released" at least one year prior to application date and you must have established current credit. We do not rent to any applicant with an eviction or collection from an apartment community. No exceptions. All utilities are included except electricity.
