3 BD 2 BA half plex has a large living room, nice and open kitchen, and 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a flat rate $125 charge per month for water, sewer, and garbage charges. All other utilities are the tenants' responsibility and tenants are responsible for placing gas and electric in tenants' name. Unless otherwise specified, the initial lease term is 12-months. Tenants will be enrolled in a "Resident Benefits Package" ($25 per month on top of the rental price). Renters insurance is required. Tenant will be required to pay a $75 lease facilitation charge at time of lease signing. Eagle reviews applications once the property viewing is complete.
