Great mature trees in the neighborhood which distinguishes it from other Briargate/ NE Colorado Springs neighborhoods. All schools within walking distance. Two brand new hospitals - one each from the Memorial and Penrose/St. Francis systems - are within a few miles. A great YMCA is within walking distance. Wonderful shopping is close but far enough away that you don't feel like your living next to retail zoned areas.
