Recent updates and improvements include updated kitchen in 2024, replace glass in living room, window coverings 2016, fire pit area 2014, patio 2010, dock 2020, lift 2015, pontoon 2015, stained deck 2026, bathroom updated in 2025. Septic is conventional and has a 1500 gallon concrete tank with drain field, asphalt roof is only 10 years old! If you want to be closer to the lake, get in your boat!
