In the basement, you'll find your own large storage locker with interior access and a new washer and dryer. You'll be in an ideal location, just minutes to downtown, Hawthorne, Belmont, Buckman/Kerns, and right on a bus line! Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises. Pet policy: Cats are allowed. Tenants pay electric and gas, and will be billed back for water/sewer and garbage based on unit head count and split with downstairs unit. Owner pays for landscaping. - SECURITY DEPOSITThe security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month's rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required. If applicable, the additional amount will be: * An extra half-month's rent for properties located within Portland city limits * An extra full month's rent for properties outside Portland In addition, a $500 pet deposit is required for each pet.
