It provides convenient access to 95/295/695, the MARC train, light rail. It is close to the circulator, UM shuttle, and other buses (1, 10, 20, 35, orange). It is close to the PriceRite for groceries. We typically don't have a hard time finding parking on the street. The street is cute and quiet, and our neighbors are friendly.
