In search of a 3rd roommate for a 3 bed/4 bath house a block from Canton Square! Move in is 1/1/26 and the lease is for a year, $1050 a month + utilities. The room we are looking to fill is the primary, situated on the second floor on the far side of the house away from the street with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Myself and the other roommate are 27 year old guys who are clean and courteous. The current occupant of the room is moving out of state, hence the need to fill it. The house was fully redone last year, and we are the first tenants to occupy it since then. We have a patio with a grill, beautiful kitchen, brand new washer/drier/dishwasher and roof deck. Parking on our street doesn't require a permit and is easy. The downstairs roommate has a rabbit that never leaves her cage and is not noticeable. I have allergies to cats and dogs and have never had a problem with the rabbit! Like I said, we are a block from the square and about 4.5 blocks from the park.
