Perfect for multi-generational family groups. Our lovely historic home was just given a face lift inside and out. A fresh coat of crisp white paint on the exterior and a brand new kitchen, den, and pantry with a new open concept floor plan on the interior. We added over 400 square feet of brand new kitchen and open floor plan living space. We now have two refrigerators, a 36" professional gas range, two ultra quiet dishwashers, three large sinks with disposals, and a separate kitchen pantry area for your entertaining convenience. The rear portion of this wonderful historic home has been newly constructed and many expansive brand new and modernized living spaces await. You simply will not forget your vacation at the Magnolia Porch! Our open floor plan kitchen space is updated in every way. We also renovated an upstairs bath (added tile and a large shower with glass surround) and added a new powder room on the first floor for a total of 5 showers (3 inside and 2 outside), a bathtub, and 5 toilets. Sleeps 16 very comfortably---no squeezing into cramped 'double beds' or sleeping in the living room or sunporch in this spacious comfortable home. 'Room for 16' means that EVERY one of the 16 people in your party has their own comfortable bed, in a designated bedroom space, with a door that closes! Our beds are either King or Queen or standard sized Singles. We don't believe in overcrowding the home or making some folks sleep on uncomfortable sofa-beds or roll-away cots while they're on vacation. After a day of playing on the world famous white sand beaches of Cape May, return to enjoy this home's expansive living spaces. Enjoy rocking your cares away on one of our 10 big wooden rockers or sip a cocktail while enjoying the gentle breezes and listening to the waves on the beach which is only one short block away. Kick off your flip flops and swing on our vintage double porch swing or laze the day away on the extra wide rope hammock perfectly positioned with an ocean peek just for you.
