Applications without proof of income will not be reviewed. If you are pre-approved and ready to rent the home, a Credit/Background/Eviction report will be ran at your expense of $35 per adult applicant. However, you will not be charged until you are pre-approved (application with proof of income) and ready to move forward. Incomplete applications (or applications without 90 days proof of income) cannot be processed. Security deposit required to hold the property, first month rent due at lease signing.
