Additional Pet rent may apply. Tenant responsible lawn care and all utilities except for trash. Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave appliances are all included. Washer or Dryer can be rented for additional $30/mo each or you can bring your own. Applications are FREE to fill out. If you are approved and ready to move forward, I will run background/credit checks which costs $35 per adult applicant. Credit score is not important but we do look at your recent credit and rental history, income and monthly debt. 90 days proof of income (pay stubs, etc.) required along with completed applications. A separate application is required for each adult tenant. Home is agent owned. Thank you! The application process is QUICK if you submit your applications & proof of income in a timely manner. Each adult applicant (over 18) fills out a separate application and provides 90 days proof of income. Credit Score itself is NOT important but I do look at credit history (ability to pay bills on time, etc). Applicants must qualify financially based on a debt-to-income ratio, at least 90 days proof of income/employment, and be able to independently cover rent (all leasees and co-signers are responsible for rent). Applications without proof of income will not be reviewed. If you are pre-approved and ready to rent the home, a Credit/Background/Eviction report will be ran at your expense of $35 per adult applicant. However, you will not be charged until you are pre-approved (application with proof of income) and ready to move forward. Incomplete applications (or applications without 90 days proof of income) cannot be processed. Security deposit required to hold the property, first month rent due at lease signing. Most Pets welcome. Certain breed restrictions, pet rent and/or pet deposit may also apply. This home is leased as a drug free/smoke free home, and we appreciate tenants' respect of and cooperation with those policies. Thank you!
