The ideal housemate/roommate should have solid income (either employed or self-employed); respectful/mindful of personal space & boundaries; a sense of honor & integrity (you honor your word); clean/hygienic; non-smoker (and if you drink, do so responsibly); possess and/or have an understanding of Christian values; values peace & quiet within the home (no drama, no stress). The residence is tucked away in a safe & quiet neighborhood (despite being a fairly busy area) located in North Phoenix near Union Hills Drive & 7th Avenue (85023); close to several shops & restaurants, and easy access to the I-17 & 101.
