Neighbors are very nice and you have easy access to grocery stores, park with pool and tennis courts and waling tracks and gym. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I am on site if there are any issues that arise and you will be happy with the bright and airy feel of the garden windows. This is a furnished apartment. You can stay for one month or a year. Off street parking for one car. No smoking or vaping. Large Yard/garden. Very close to the grocery store, coffee shops and park district building amenities. Blue line is a 10 minute walk from the home.
