Laundry facilities, bathroom and refrigerator are in a shared part of the home, but property owner will at times be in that part of the home to access laundry facilities. Pets - Pets are negotiable. If an exception was granted for pets, the following provisions would be in effect: Property owner's cat is indoor/outdoor, so renter's cat would need to be indoor only.
